Refund and Return Policy

 

We hope that you love our products as much as we do. If you are not 100% happy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund of the product price only, provided that you return the product unused and in the original packaging with all the tags still attached.

To arrange an exchange or refund, email admin@nitingoyal.com or phone +44 (0)208 980 2255. We check our products thoroughly before sending them on their way to your home but in the unfortunate event an order arrives with a fault or damage, please contact us through the email or telephone number within 48 hours of receipt. We will ask you to email a photograph of the fault. Once approved by our team, we would kindly ask you to return the item to our listed head office address. 

Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or replacement will be arranged via same payment method as originally used for payment.
We recommend that any products being returned are well packaged to ensure that it’s well protected and that a certificate of posting is obtained as we can not take responsibility for lost parcels. Unfortunately as of international delivery procedures, we are unable to cover the postage for returned items. Please note the refund can take up to 7 working days or more to process and we will send you an email once this has been processed to confirm the same.

As all our products are made by hand there may be a fractional variation in size. All prices on the store and shipping costs include VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.Orders can be processed directly though this web site. Nitin Goyal London processes card payments using a secure server. Nitin Goyal London does not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your details on to anyone.All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Royal Mail, who Nitin Goyal London use to deliver their products deliver within the normal working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales.
